New Replacement Warranty
The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be replaced free of charge at Parlént Service Center. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant (for details regarding water resistance please click here)
- Repairs if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized Parlént retailer
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
How to Exchange/Replace?
- Contact our customer service via Whatsapp (+6282226358580) or Line (@parlent.id)
- Send pictures or video about your issue to our customer service
- Our customer service will check the watch whether it’s eligible for replacement or not
- If your issue meets our requirement for replacement, our customer service will ask you to send the watch back to our office. Click here to get more information about our office. it will be replaced free of charge at Parlént Service Center. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
- After the watch safely returns to our office, we will send the new one to your place, free of charge.
